By placing an order on saxif.com, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a secure and transparent transaction process for all customers.

Pricing and Taxes

Currency: All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Price Changes: Saxif reserves the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price is locked and will not change.

Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with Saxif. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@saxif.com.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment Declines

If your payment is declined, please:

Verify that your billing address matches your bank’s records.
Check that your card is not expired.
Ensure sufficient funds are available.
Contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the transaction for security reasons.
